  • Individual supervision is typically weekly or biweekly (depending on your preference and schedule). Group supervision occurs once a month. The monthly in-person intensive lasts around 1.5 - 2 hours.

  • Monthly Clinical Mastery Intensives are in-person, designed for hands-on skill practice, role-plays, case deep dives, and documentation review. Individual and group supervision sessions are virtual.

  • Yes. Most supervision is virtual, so you can participate from anywhere. The only in-person requirement is the monthly intensive; if you are outside of Broward/Miami Dade counties, we can discuss remote alternatives.

  • Yes! The on-demand video library is available 24/7 for all enrolled clinicians, so you can learn at your own pace and revisit trainings as needed.

  • You can email your supervisor anytime with questions related to cases, documentation, or skills. Email support is included in your monthly fee.

  • Beyond Supervision is an additional focus on preparing you for life after licensure. You’ll receive guidance on:

      This helps you transition smoothly from supervision into your career with confidence.

  • Yes! You can pause or cancel your monthly supervision subscription at any time. Any supervision hours you have already completed (before cancellation) will still be documented, tracked, and made available to you.

  • When you end your supervision relationship with me, here’s what that means according to Florida’s regulations:

    1. Formal Termination: As a qualified supervisor, I am required to notify the Florida Board within 7 days of termination of the supervision relationship, regardless of the reason. Florida Administrative Code+2Justia Regulations+2

    2. Documentation of Hours: I will submit your verified supervision hours to the Board using Form DH‑MQA 1181, Verification of Clinical Experience. Justia Regulations+1

    3. Supervision Log Access: During supervision, I maintain a supervision log (Form DH‑MQA 5078) that documents session dates, durations, and participants. You have access to a copy. Legal Information Institute

    4. Supervision Contract: Our supervision working agreement (contract) will include a clause that covers how termination works (expectations, notice, final documentation). This aligns with the Board’s requirement that supervisors maintain a written supervision contract. Justia Regulations

If You Need a New Supervisor: If you decide to end the relationship with me but still need supervision hours, you’ll need to find a new Board‑approved qualified supervisor to continue accruing your supervised experience.   • Yes, as long as your logged hours are properly documented, signed, and submitted to the Board, they should count toward your required supervised experience. I will provide all necessary verification for the hours you completed under my supervision.
